Five Elements to Event Planning

Hosting an event can be time-consuming, yet an impactful way for nonprofits to engage donors, raise awareness, and build lasting relationships. However, successful event planning requires strategic decision-making, clear goals, and thoughtful execution. 

This training will guide participants through the essential elements of event planning—helping organizations determine if an event is the right investment of time and resources, how to design an event that aligns with the mission, and how to maximize donor engagement before, during, and after the event.

This session will equip nonprofit leaders and development staff with the tools they need to create events that are both effective and sustainable.
